Being in a state of worry will only bring negative energy to your reality. I believe that what you put out is what you get in return. The universe works with a constant flow of giving and receiving so if you put out what you want in return, then universe will reciprocate that.
During our class discussion, we analyzed a Ted Talk about being a giver or receiver. Most people would like to think of themselves as not either but a "matcher". One who gives the the equal amount as received. This exchange is how you connect yourself to other people and the universe. I think there is much power in the attitude you put out into the world and how it is perceived by others. All the energy you release will constantly affect your life and the ones around you. This is especially true with first impressions and attitudes.
By believing in pronoia and setting positive intentions will allow further contribution to the way others big you up. The universe will reciprocate the energy you have by your attitude, words and intentions.
