R E L A T I O N S H I P S

Starting any type of relationship is easy, the difficult part is developing the relationship between you, the organization, individual or even society in general. There are key factors to manage these relationships and one must know their place in each of them in order to be aware and conscious of their decisions and the consequences that come with them. Also, there is a single magic word that has the ability to improve relationships.

The Magic Word: Thank you. Simply giving gratitude for all of the gifts you recieve in life will really impact your life in a positive way. I can personally say from experience, being polite will immensely change the energy within the interactions in your relationships.

Aware: Our senses give us plenty of information and how a person interprets that energy and applies it to their reality can make one aware. Being observant and thinking critically about that information can make one aware.

As Maydo Arderiu discussed in our Human Resource class last week, "You have to know how to kiss up and kick down".
