Throughout this marketing plan, I will be creating vision, mission and value statements to build a base for a strategy to promote my professional career development. In order to do so, I must analyze my skills, attributes and weaknesses and apply them to my self marketing mix. I intend to promote not only what skills I can contribute to future employers, colleagues and partners but also how my skills will apply to real life situations and problems.
With tools and exercises such as conducting:
Market research,
SWOT analysis,
Self-assessments,
Setting objectives, strategies, segmentations
Applying the four P's (Product, Placement, Price, Promotion)
These sources of information will allow me to evaluate many characteristics of myself and the world around me that I may or may have not know. I believe after completing myself marketing plan and reflecting on the data and evaluation, I will be able to apply many concepts and strategies to platforms such as LinkedIn, Handshake and other networking sites. Overall, I have thoughts and intentions of building this marketing scheme to promote and network myself to be affluent in future career opportunities.
